TCPA Consent

When you submit a tailored matching request through Finance Choices, the following Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) consent language applies.

TCPA consent

By clicking “Explore My Options,” you agree to Finance Choices’ Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, TCPA Consent, and FCRA Consent. You authorize Finance Choices and its matched partners to contact you using the information provided, including by phone, text, email, autodialer, prerecorded/artificial voice, or other automated technology. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services.

FCRA consent

I authorize Finance Choices, its affiliates, service providers, and matched partners to obtain, use, and share consumer report information about me, including credit, identity, fraud prevention, and eligibility information, to verify my identity, match me with relevant financial products or services, provide prequalification or personalized options, and fulfill my request. This is my written instruction under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Revoking consent

You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to text messages, asking the caller to remove your number, or emailing info@choices.finance. Revocation may take a reasonable period to process.
